What this quote means to me is that if you obey then you will be happy and successful. If you obey you will be successful. If you dont you will be left behind and live unhappy. For example, a kid who pays attention in class will be successful. A person who doesn't pay attention will be left behind and wont know what to do. He will be very unhappy.
