"When you Tell One Lie, it leads to Another"-Paul Hatch
What this quote means to me is that when you lie you end up having to make up another lie to cover up that lie. When you lie about something it usually ends it up leading to another lie and another and another lie etc. It goes to the point where there are so many lies that people catch on and the truth comes back to you and you are caught. Its better to tell the truth because is it right and also because it is less stressful to confront someone and tell them the truth then to make up a bunch of lies and have someone catch you in the act. For example, if you frame someone for something you did then if someone saw you do it and you tell lies it will catch on and you will get in trouble. Lying is not a good thing because if you continue to cover up and lie no one will ever trust you. If you choose the accept your fate and tell the truth then people will see that your at least honest and are willing to take blame for your actions. Also the more you lie the more in trouble you get. If you tell someone the truth then you might get off Scott free. Although if you choose to continue to make more and more lies then you will just build more and more trouble for yourself.
